zzap is collaborating with Clayton Developments to complete a master planned community within one of the only remaining large tracts of land in HRM’s Regional Centre. This community is a dedicated effort to address affordable and attainable housing needs in HRM, targeting below market price points for the entire project, while also preserving environmentally sensitive areas within the site.
