Heritage

1029 South Park Street

Through the adaptive re-use of the existing heritage home, this project will breathe new life into an old building, while conserving resources and historic value. Phase 1 was the internal conversion of the existing heritage home into 11 units. Special emphasis was placed on maintaining and highlighting the original heritage moulding and decorative elements, while upgrading building systems behind the scenes. Phase 2 will consist of the construction of a 6-unit side yard addition in the vacant portion of the lot. The addition is a modern interpretation of the Victorian era architecture of the existing heritage building.
